Northridge California
The Northridge area has a wide range of people encompassing its area. Particularly the assembly District 45, where I spend most of my time whether it is for free lance work and hanging out with friends. One of the key things in this area is the median income per capita is 41,717 while the household income in 80,621. Over 31% of the population of 510 thousand makes less than 50k.

Sadly, the poverty line is at 14% for people under 18 and at 10% for those 65 and older. Although it is slightly lower than the California poverty rate at 13.4, it is disheartening to see this rate.
